At the end of 2003 Waystone completed a major earthmoving task to provide a 25 acre development plateau on which Gladman has now commenced construction of a 500,000sq ft warehouse. In addition, on another 4 acre plot in the same development Gladman have already commenced construction of their Business Quarter office units which will be available for letting in summer 2004.
