The construction of a two storey office building including amenities is underway at the Barlborough Links development for Alfred McAlpine. The building, together with the external paved entrance area and car parking facilities for 64 cars, is located on approximately 0.9 acres within the Lakeside Park zone. This new detached high quality office building will extend to approximately 13,500 sq ft. and is due for completion by November 06.
