Our decision to award the contract to design and build our new telephone sales centre to Waystone was rewarded by superb service and expertise. We were left with a building that remains a true accolade of their performance.

Kingsbury Link, now largely complete, is set in an attractive landscape setting and has already seen the relocation of such companies as Instarmac, Impreglon and SSS Gears for whom Waystone have provided Civic Award winning buildings and achieved customer satisfaction.
Glasshoughton has seen the arrival of Marrtree’s manufacturing and distribution units, a Chinese restaurant for Moebus Ltd as well as a Tulip Inn. One of the jewels in Barlborough’s crown is a brand new 8.1 million hospital for Care UK designed and built by Waystone which will serve the South Yorkshire and Trent region. More recently new major office complexes have been completed at Glasshoughton for Wakefield Housing 38,000 sq ft and NPS 14,000 sq ft whilst at Barlborough McAlpine has leased a 13,000 sq ft office built by Waystone and a joint venture with Business Homes has created a suite of independent offices over sixty percent of which are already let.
Design and Build projects recently completed include a 65,000 sq ft store for Asda at Glasshoughton and construction of the new £25m Skills Exchange for Wakefield College.
