The Brief

Once a detailed brief has been provided by the client specifying their requirements and meetings and visits to their existing facilities have taken place to discuss any special requirements. The design drawings provided by the customer as part of their Employers requirements documentation can be developed and costs put together. Consultation follows with all the design team to iron out any design anomalies to provide a high quality building acceptable to both Client and all relevant statutory bodies.

After further discussion with consultants and estimators, a proposal is then formulated and an offer document will be sent to the customer and their designated representatives. Once accepted, the team will then work with the client to develop a proposal document based on the feedback and finalise a proposal acceptable to both parties. Agreement of the legal documentation paves the way for an award to be placed and a detailed planning application to be submitted for ultimate implementation.
