The newly completed Skills Exchange is located on a 9 acre site to the Northern end of Blue Ridge Park at Glasshoughton. It comprises approximately 120,000 sq ft made up of 2/3 storey spaces which house a variety of exciting uses including a spacious dramatic triple height library and recreation area, specialist construction and skills bays, teaching classrooms, staff spaces and state of the art hair and beauty training suite. The new college accommodates in excess of 2,500 16 – 19 year old students studying skills based qualifications. Waystone commenced building works in May 2007 and the building was completed in January 2009.

The new diagnostic and treatment centre comprises 44,750 sq ft of consulting rooms, X-ray suites, 3 no. operating theatres, pathology suite, physiotherapy and ward areas housed on two-storey’s accommodated on a 2.5 acre plot.

The hotel facilities include 119 bedrooms, 6 conference rooms and a restaurant bar area together with necessary service accommodation.

The development comprises two terraces of industrial buildings sub-divisible into four units in each terrace providing 2900m² in all.

The premises comprise 14,155 sq ft of single-storey warehouse with 2,200 sq ft two-storey offices and amenities all housed within a single structure.
