Located on a 1.7 acre plot close to Glasshoughton railway station, this five-storey building was constructed of manufactured modules incorporating two bedrooms and an element of hotel corridors in each. The modules varied in length to provide three separate room options and were assembled on site in a period of 5 weeks following the preparation of foundations and the base steel structure. The units were subsequently clad with a brick facade and tiled roof and the common areas of the buildings finished using traditional construction techniques.
