Waystone is an equal shareholder with ING Property, Stanhope in CIbitas, a re-generation company chaired by Sir Alan Cockshaw and formed to regenerate derelict urban areas. Holt Town is an eighty acre project providing light density family housing in the heart of the city of Manchester and only requires conclusion of a Section 106 agreement to enable the project to go ahead. It is anticipated that over a 12 to 15 year period some 4,000 residential units will be delivered.
