Diversity and imaginative design have played a major role in Waystone's portfolio of work. From the project management of $120 million water treatment works in Katsina Nigeria to the design and building of a new specialist engineering facility at Kingsbury, Warwickshire for Paddock Engineering and Wakefield Housing at Glasshoughton Yorkshire, Waystone has invested in regeneration projects strategically placed near to motorway junctions having excellent communications links and usually involving major reclamation and decontamination works.

Waystone's Project Management role can be provided either as a separate service on specialist re-generation projects or as part of a joint venture or development initiative. Waystone also project manages major joint ventures proposals through the planning and feasibility phases to bring them to an implementation stage.
