At the Glasshoughton site, Junction 32 M62, partners Yorkshire Forward, the Regional Development Agency and Waystone Ltd, fulfil the role of project manager and are regenerating the site of the former Glasshoughton Colliery to create an exciting development with excellent communication links and superb purpose-built premises.

Wakefield Metropolitan District Council has also worked closely with Yorkshire Forward, Waystone and local people to progress the project by providing a fully supportive role. The project partnership also benefits from grants provided by the E.U.

Waystone is in negotiation with three local councils in the Czech Republic to work in partnership for the regeneration of brownfield sites.
