As a member of the CP Holdings Group, the policies of Waystone are determined by the board of directors chaired by Sir Bernard Schreier and implemented by the Managing Director Stuart McLoughlin. A small team of professionally qualified personnel, based at Swanwick, plan and secure new projects and provide the support for the project site activities. CP Holdings central accounting services provide the financial information necessary to control the business, in addition to which Waystone outsources legal, agency and safety advice services. In common with most other Design and Build contractors and developers, Waystone utilises both its own resources and those of well known consulting practices to implement the construction and development projects. Waystone regularly revises its policies relating to personnel, training, safety, quality control and environmental matters.
