Agreement has been reached with Marrtree Developments to provide 32,000 sq ft industrial units on a 2 acre plot in Blue Ridge Park
Waystone has also reached agreement with Moebus Ltd to construct a specialist restaurant on Blue Ridge Park. Construction is anticipated to commence in September 03.
The Hotel site has been secured by an international hotel group for 120 bed hotel which will be built by Waystone Ltd. Planning has been applied for and work is to commence before the end of the year.
