Heads of Terms have been agreed for the sale of the now almost completed 20,000 sq ft industrial unit on Central Park and one of the 4,200 sq ft office blocks.
GT News also took occupation of a 5,000 sq ft building on Lakeside Park at the end of April.
Waystone has reached agreement to provide a second phase facility comprising offices and workshops of 27,000 sq ft for Lynx Developments on a 2 acre site on Central Park.
Waystone has commenced a major earthworks operation to create a 25 acre development platform in Green Park for Gladman Developments Ltd whilst at the same time work has commenced to extend the nine hole Barlborough Links Golf Course.
