SUCCESS AT JUNCTION 30 M1
Waystone continues to attract new business to its 300 acre Barlborough Links development after recently completing a new Head Office for Lynx Technology, HJ Banks and McDonald Associates.
In joint venture with Priority Sites and E.M.D.A, Waystone is now constructing a speculative development comprising three new office blocks of 4,200 sq ft each and an industrial unit of 20,000 sq ft.as well as a 5,000 sq ft office for a local group scheduled to relocate in May 2003.
Elsewhere on the site Dunmar Developments is about to construct a new Barlborough Links Village Centre and Waystone is currently in negotiation to conclude development agreements on a further 32 acres of land, providing offices and industrial and distribution facilities. The conclusion of these deals will leave 25 acres of development land available.
Commenting on the recent progress at Barlborough, Stuart McLoughlin, Managing Director of Waystone said “it is encouraging that the quality service we offer our customers is attracting quality customers”
