Waystone has joined forces with Sitwell estates and other landowners to promote the development of a mixed use scheme on the northeast fringe of Clowne in the District of Bolsover. Comprising mainly residential, employment and leisure uses the scheme incorporates improvements to the local highway network and the provision of new community facilities.
