The
new facilities constructed on a former Midlands colliery site which
Waystone stabilised, before project managing the site for the CP
Holdings Group on a D&B basis, include a heavy plant workshop,
machine shop, welding area and paint shop served by two 15 tonne
and two 6.3 tonne cranes.
Common welfare facilities are also easily accessible from the two-storey
office building, which is an integral part of the facility providing
approximately 5,500 sq ft. for occupation. A separate Trade Sales
unit with its own car park and showroom is located at the NE corner
of the building.
Externally over 2 acres of concrete hard standings provide for heavy
machinery storage and a purpose-designed washing facility allows
for effluent de-silting and oil separation. Extensive landscaping
and a security centre complete the development. |
